  • We make every effort to display our products, including frames, sunglasses, and contact lenses, as accurately as possible. However, actual colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to photography, lighting, and display settings.
  • All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing or typographical error on the Site, we reserve the right to correct it and, where an order has already been placed at an incorrect price, to contact you before proceeding, cancel the order, or issue a full refund.

4. Prescription Orders

  • For prescription eyewear and contact lenses, you are responsible for providing us with an accurate and valid prescription from a qualified eye-care practitioner.
  • We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, delays, or issues arising from an incomplete, expired, or incorrect prescription submitted by you.
  • We recommend getting your eyes tested periodically (typically once every 1–2 years, or as advised by your optometrist) to ensure your prescription remains current.
  • Once an order for prescription eyewear or lenses has been processed based on the details you provided, we are unable to make changes without additional charges, as these are customized products.

5. Orders & Payment

  • All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.
  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and other modes as made available on the Site at checkout. We are not responsible for the misuse of any payment method by unauthorized parties.
  • Order confirmation will be sent to the email address or phone number provided by you at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timelines mentioned on the Site or communicated to you at the time of order. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and product availability.
  • Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. Do not accept a parcel if the packaging or seal appears tampered with or broken, and inform us immediately.
  • We recommend recording an unboxing video for any high-value orders, to assist in resolving any disputes regarding product condition on arrival.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Cancellations: Orders for non-customized products (such as ready sunglasses or accessories) may be cancelled before dispatch. Orders involving customized prescription lenses cannot be cancelled once lens processing has begun, as these are made specifically to your prescription.
  • Returns: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, contact lenses with a broken or opened seal cannot be returned or exchanged. Prescription lenses that have been custom-made to your prescription are non-returnable, except in case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Refunds: Where a return is approved, refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering not attributable to us.

8. Warranty

  • Frames and sunglasses purchased from us carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (such as issues with hinges or welding points) for a period specified at the time of sale, typically 90 days from the date of purchase, unless a longer manufacturer’s warranty applies.
  • This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, scratches, bending, discoloration, or normal wear and tear.
  • For branded products, warranty claims may be routed through the respective brand’s authorized service channel.
  • Lenses are covered for conformity to your submitted prescription if reported within a reasonable period from the date of purchase; this does not extend to changes in your eyesight over time.

You agree that while using the Site, you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, our systems, or another user’s account
