- We are happy to offer an exchange on all Sunglasses/Frames within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused and returned with the original tags and packaging. Please mention the reason for exchange along with your invoice.
- For an exchange, you may select another product from our website or visit our store. If the new product is priced lower, the difference will not be refunded in cash and will instead be issued as store credit.
- Once prescription lenses have been fitted into a frame, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Contact lenses can only be exchanged for a power change (within 3 months of purchase), provided the box is unopened, unused and in its original condition along with the invoice.
- All returns and store credits are subject to a quality check of the product received.
- Store credits issued do not have an expiry period.
